This page explains how to request deletion of your AtDoor account (app AtDoor, package app.atdoor.mobile) and the data associated with it.
In short: send us a deletion request from your registered mobile number. We remove your personal account data within 30 days. A limited set of billing and transaction records is kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
How to request deletion
AtDoor accounts sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). To request that your account and associated data be deleted, contact us using either option below from, or referencing, your registered mobile number so we can verify the request:

- Email [email protected] (or call the number above).
- In your message, state “Please delete my AtDoor account” and include your registered mobile number.
- We verify the request against that number and confirm by reply.
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
When your deletion request is processed:

| Billing, invoice and payment records | Retained only as required by applicable tax and accounting law, then deleted. Retained records are disassociated from your active profile where possible. |
We keep certain financial records because Indian tax and accounting rules require businesses to retain transaction records for a defined period. These are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
A note for vendors
If you are a vendor, your account holds business data including your own customers, items and delivery records. Deleting your vendor account removes your business profile and its associated data, subject to the legal-retention records above. If your customers wish to delete their own individual accounts, they can use this same process.
