These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AtDoor platform, apps and website. By using AtDoor, you agree to these Terms.
Plain-language summary: use AtDoor lawfully and honestly, vendors pay for their plan after the free trial, customers use it free, and you keep ownership of your own data. This summary is not a substitute for the full terms below.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, or by accessing or using AtDoor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AtDoor on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
- You sign in with your mobile number using a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number and device secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. The service
AtDoor provides tools for local delivery businesses to manage subscriptions, deliveries, billing, payment tracking and notifications, and a free app for their customers. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.
4. Trial, plans & billing
- Free trial. New vendors get access to the platform free for 45 days, with no credit card required.
- Plans. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing is based on Monthly Active Customers (MAC) as described on our pricing page, plus applicable taxes (e.g. GST).
- Overage. If you exceed your plan's included customers, extra customers are billed at your plan's per-customer rate until the next plan is more economical, at which point we switch you to it.
- Changes. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
- The customer app is free for a vendor's customers, always.
5. Vendors and their customers
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, for their relationship and dealings with their own customers, and for the goods and services they deliver. AtDoor provides the platform but is not a party to the transaction between a vendor and their customer.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use AtDoor for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the service.
- Reverse engineer, resell or misuse the platform except as permitted by these Terms.
- Send unlawful or unsolicited messages through the platform.
7. Your data & ownership
You retain ownership of the data you put into AtDoor. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
AtDoor, its software, design, logos and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the service.
9. Suspension & termination
You may stop using AtDoor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. payment owed, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
AtDoor is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtDoor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction there will resolve any disputes. [Confirm the exact governing jurisdiction and venue for your registered entity.]
